Room Mate Bruno, Rotterdam

"our second stay at Room Mate Bruno was very good as well, the staff are friendly and accomodating, Chantell at reception helped us trhoughtour stay. We like the proximity to several dining venues and also the convenience of being 150 metres from the metro and tram. The rooms are not very large but they are in good condition and the room prices are reasonable for Rotterdam."

"I arrived early… The receptionist Claire who was kind enough to check me in about 40 minutes early without extra charge. There was a train station next to my room but there was no noise at all. In my room, I killed at least five of tiny fruit flies. I didn’t know where did it come from."

"My son and I stayed for just one night whilst travelling to the North of The Netherlands. The hotel is convenient for the motorway. Check In was very straightforward and all the information we needed was provided. The room was in a separate annexe adjacent to the hotel and was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The centre of Bergen, which was only 10 minutes walk away, has a wide selection of bars and restaurants. Overall i was very happy with our stay. The only downside was that our room was on the top, third, floor of the annexe and the stairs were narrow and steep and difficult to access whilst carrying bags. I have a long standing knee injury which makes matters worse. There is no lift. It would have been helpful to know about the access issues at the time of booking so that i could have requested a ground floor room. Hopefully the hotel management will see fit to amend the information on the website."

"We only stayed one night at the Nhow hotel as we were taking a cruise the next day. This is a very clean modern hotel. We had a room that overlooked the harbour. Beautiful view. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would have liked to stay longer at this hotel and further explore beautiful Rotterdam."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location even if you haven't got a car as the bus stop is just round the corner taking you into the centre and the station in around 15 minutes. Also good for cyclists as they have a locked store. Not many places to eat nearby however. Breakfast is fine. Beds are very comfortable and although rooms are quite small there's everything that you need for a short stay. Next door hotel is popular with commercial drivers so can be noisy early morning."
