"Overall our stay was excellent, with one or two exceptions. The first room had a slight musty smell, but the helpful and pleasant staff put us in a new room which was much better. The room was clean except for the Nespresso machine. The water tank just needed a good cleaning. The hotel breakfast was fair, but I recommend eating elsewhere. The rooftop lounge was pretty chill though. Getting around was pretty easy. Restaurants, convenience stores and shopping are within walking distance and there is a free airport shuttle and local bus stop right next to the hotel that will get you to the subway station."

"Bathroom had an odor, the toilet kept running. It got fixed but took two requests. I would have appreciated that was addressed prior to our arrival. The lid was on backwards so there was an indication of awareness. However the room was very clean and the staff were all polite and receptive when interacting with our feedback. Good location for all the wonderful tourism and restaurants as well."

"The bed and pillows were really nice. The room is small but I am only there to sleep and shower. I was impressed by how quiet it was and would stay here again. It's a bit of an inconvenience getting from a subway stop to the hotel but Little Italy was a nice surprise near by."
