"The "hot tub" is very small... miss the large hot tub that was built in the rocks. The front desk staff were helpful, however they didn't give the corresponding room assignments for the number of travelers."

"This place was fine the staff were nice The only problem was that there were some bugs in the bathroom that seemed to come out of the drain not from a lack of cleaning just a weird bug luckily they stayed in the bathroom"

"Convenient location, clean, had a fun stay. We visit multiple times a year, this visit just reserved a cheaper place. Stayed here 18 years ago. Beds were comfortable. Pool was clean which i was thankful for. Limited amenities and continental breakfast was not great but certainly doable and expected due to the age of the motel. The deadbolt was not working properly, told staff so hopefully they fix it especially being on ground floor. The hairdryer blew up, probably just old, I tossed it in the trash. Satisfied and would actually stay here again for a quick and affordable trip."

"Ac was not working at the condo … with kids and at 95 degrees, very uncomfortable to get a restful sleep. The staff was hepful and willing to come take a look at 11pm as to why the AC wasn’t working, But still wasn’t fixed, had to call service person again in the morning and get temporary got it working. The bunk lights weren’t there at all and the service guy who came to look at the AC kindly said he had the bunk lights ordered come and could fix it. The initial room given had wet carpet and we ended up with a different room with all the above issues. The front desk at checkout were polite hearing about the issues but had no record of rhe issues/temporary fixes provided. Good property, helpful polite staff. But having paid for the condo stay and resort fee, expecting a fully functional room is basic!"
