"Beautiful rooms "

"The staff was highly attentive to our needs during our stay, including preparing a breakfast box for us to take along when we told them that we could not stay for our paid breakfast due to our flight departure time. We originally wanted two separate beds for our room, and when we were given a room with a combined bed, the staff even came and split the bed for us. The hotel is close to restaurants, a grocery store, metro, trains, and transportation to the airport (only about 15-20 minutes away). Highly recommend this place."

When we pointed out that we were given a room that didn't match the description on Expedia website, the manager immediately made it right, even though it it seemed the error was Expedia's, not the hotel's. The only thing that we didn’t realize when we booked is that when there’s a cruise ship docked there is absolutely no view, all you see is the side of a ship. However when there is not one docked, it is beautiful and very peaceful! We loved the location and felt very safe. "
