"We loved our stay at La Maison Jules! It is located close to the train station/visitor center and walking distance to the museums and the old town. The house has great character and the room/bathroom was very spacious. We truly enjoyed our breakfast and conversations with the host. "

"Great hotel in a great location"

"A very well located comfortable hotel with a nice breakfast for a fee."

"Nice Hotel if you want to visit Loire Castles. Friendly staff and good European breakfast."

"Nice place"

"It was fantastic!"

"Was a lovely stay!"

"Great value for money, conveniently located with restaurants locally, Breakfast was very good and everything fresh. Rooms were very clean and well maintained and the staff very helpful."

"Nice hotel, friendly staff, somt walking to the city center"

"It was an okay hotel for one night. We had to go to reception to get the sheets for the sofabed and towels for the 3rd person. It was extremely noisy at night and in the early morning hours with traffic etc from outside. The kitchen worked well for us and the staff were good."

"Good and convenient location close to city centre and train station with parking available on-street nearby. We had adjoining rooms - quite small but did the job as we only stayed one night but while passing through. They accept dogs which is a plus and limits our choices. Helpful staff. We didn’t have breakfast as there are some lovely patisseries in the town."

"Next to the Gare Centre and about 15 walk to Saint Pierre des Corps. Restaurants and bars around the corner, tourisme office is 5 min walk. So, location, location, location... Hotel was clean, room was spacious, staff friendly, helpful. I love the classic French hotels, but was glad at the end of our trip to have a modern room and shower."

"Comfortable big room, large bed, warm heating, kettle. Excellent hot and cold breakfast (including eggs and bacon, crepes, selection of local cheeses, yogurt, good coffee). Clean and well maintained. Right by the train station, very convenient location for taking day trips and late/early arrival or departure. We booked one night but stayed longer because it was reasonable, comfortable and convenient."

"A short walk from the rail station. Room was clean and a reasonable size in comparison to some budget hotels. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"Need to have a bell or intercom to the lobby for the after hours "

"Good stop over Hotel for night in Tours. Easy to get to and walk round sites. "

"Clean and georgous , but too far away from central town"

"Nice place if you want to visit the city "

"We stopped for one night, the hotel was fine but quite basic, our room was very small and a little dated, plus the bed quite hard. However, all the staff were very friendly and despite having little English (and us having little French) we warmly welcomed. Our room and the public areas were very clean and despite what other reviews have said, the area felt quite safe. The hotel is well located, a short walk to restaurants and bars, very near the railway station but also quiet at night."

"The room was very spacious and beautiful! The breakfasts and dinners were excellent. So quiet; views of the Loire River. A lovely little town. Very welcoming."
