"A small hotel ensured excellent service overall although a recent refurbishment seems to have had limited scope. Whilst all inclusive wouldn’t generally be our choice, meals were of a good standard save one evening which was buffet style. With sister hotels being refurbed, the dine around option was limited to one. Overall enjoyed our stay but not sure value for money overall for what is badged as a premium hotel."

"The staff was welcoming and very friendly and attentive. We had a great week and lots of relaxing. Variety of options for activities and not having to think about your food or drinks was a good option for us. Would definitely recommend them! "

"Had a wonderful stay with my wife at the Palms. It was very cozy, safe, well-maintained and made me feel right at home. The staff was very friendly and provided exceptional service. We did have a minor issue with the AC leaking water. In addition, there could have been more amenities in the room i.e. shampoo. Overall though, really enjoyed our stay there and we would definitely run it back again!"
