I was terrified that my room would be given up due to my late arrival and there was NO WAY to speak to anyone . "

"We checked in around 7pm, and the room we received we dirty. The floor wasn't vacuumed. Had candy and crackers on the floor in the bedroom area. The bathroom smelled like mildew. The shower had no shower lining. So had to call the front desk for one. And they asked me to go pick it up from the front desk. My family and I will not be going there again."
