"these views are worth every second and penny of staying here. keep in mind, you cannot walk anywhere except the bar a little up the hill called sibs. However, we found a wonderful taxi guy named Kenny, who is safe and reliable and drove us every day to and from the hotel wherever we want to go. The pool is gorgeous with a wonderful view as well. Adorable cats on the property outside that are so friendly. The staff is wonderful the house keeping is amazing. It is worth every penny, but I think...

"Location and amenities were as expected. The AC did not work properly our entire stay. We reported the issue to the front desk and was told they were working on it. It was never fixed and there was never any follow up. It wasn't pleasant trying to sleep in a luxury resort property without AC. It wasn't just our room, but the indoor dining area was too hot to even enjoy a meal. Overall it was a disappointing experience."

"This was our second stay at this property; the last was five years ago in 2019. Room was very clean and amenities as expected. Staff was friendly but noticeably less responsive to simple requests than we recall from our previous visit. Example we asked for paper towels, tissues, and tp at the midpoint of our 5 day stay; were told we'd receive them right away and never got them. Parts of the property looked run down and we were wondering if a storm had hit them and they were still repairing....
