Very clean rooms, we didn’t try the breakfast because we slept in. Housekeeping was very good, we asked for extra items and they left everything we asked for in our room. The only reason I didn’t give excellent to staff was because there wasn’t always someone at front desk, you had to ring a bell or call them but once you did they came and answered quickly. I would stay here again because very clean and I felt safe since all the rooms are accessible thru the lobby only and not outside.

The pool was ice cold for being indoors
Otherwise it was a place to rest our head before returning home. It won't be over next choice of stay

First time ever booking with Expedia and I incurred a service fee at a hotel. Won't be using Expedia again because that defeats the purpose of using a booking company. The hotel has uneven flooring and I tripped twice while using my cane. When I asked about the service fee being charged I was told it was housekeeping and I questioned the validity. Then I was told that Expedia didn't send them enough money. I have never had that happen but I believe both hands are dirty so the only way to avoid being dupped again is to not use Expedia or Quality Inn.

Breakfast had no milk for two days. Biscuits but no gravy. No bacon or sausage and no advance notice of lacking food. Good location and good room however

Everything about my stay was fine until I got a knock on my door while I was sleeping in the early morning hours. A hotel employee was demanding cash because their credit card machine was broken ran I ran my card and was charged for incidentals I left an hour later and didn’t give any cash

We had cold showers, changed rooms twice. The front counter was always vacant. The breakfast worker sat in a chair on his phone & went out for smoke breaks while eggs were cooking.

Coffee maker didn’t work. Looked inside and it obviously hadn’t worked for a long time since there was old stagnant water that stunk and was slimy. Took it to the counter and they gave me one that was just as bad. Room looked like they vacuumed everything to the edges of the walls and they don’t edge clean. Smelled like old carpet.

Next door tried on multiple occasions to open the adjoining door. The phone in the room did not work so I couldn’t contact the front desk.

I was actually visiting Missouri to look for a new place to live when I stayed here!! My car battery died right as I pulled into the hotel so I had to extend my stay an extra day. I was able to do that through the Hotels.com app which was super easy. The cleaning staff was great. Front desk staff was great. The area itself was great. My only two gripes are the free breakfast in the morning & lack of hot water for a bath. The breakfast was fake eggs, the biscuits were horrible, the fruit was rotten. The hotel should be ashamed-offer your customers real food. They deserve it. And the hot water issue was weird. I ran a hot bath the first night I was there and by the time I walked back in the bathroom to turn off the water it was ice cold. Odd? I would definitely stay there again tho!

The rooms were spacious, beds cleaned and made nicely. Breakfast was perfectly stocked, front desk staff were very sweet to us. Pool heated and pool room steamy and warm. Accomadting for our small dog. Close location to everything, quiet hotel, we were one of less than 5 cars in the parking lot, felt like we had the entire hotel to ourselves.

The room was very clean and spacious. Service was friendly. My slight disappointment was the breakfast. The person that normally cooks the breakfast was out that day. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. The only negatives i have, it was a little bit noisy at 1/2 am. Also i was charged $2 something for a "maid service fee".

Our stay was great the pool was warm the breakfast was good. Overall good stay and my son left his tablet n they called right away to let us know. So honest staff also would definitely stay again.

Pool was closed both the day we checked in and the morning we were checking out.
So was the gym.
Breakfast closed early at 9:00 instead of 9:30 which is what the sign said.
Microwave not plugged in and couldn’t be plugged in because the cord didn’t reach the plug.
Dirty waffle maker at breakfast.
No spoons at breakfast
First room smelled awful but to their credit, they did give us a new room.
Copied my drivers license. Not sure why but after that stay, I started getting twice as many calls from scammers. I will avoid Quality Inns from now on.
