"Very disappointed. While staff was helpful and courteous, they have a very tough job defending such a property. The first floor hallway lights were out, so it was very dark. Keys wouldn’t work at exterior door. Room could’ve been cleaner. Piece of chicken found on floor near headboard. AC unit was making funny noises. TV wasn’t set up to work. All four dryers were OOO. The breakfast was most disappointing. Waffles. But no protein. Cereal was stale, fruit was mushy. Regular guest said they used to offer a hot b’fast (what changed?). Coffee, I’ll admit, was OK. This appears to be what you get in a hotel unless you’re willing to pay $150~ a night. We will not be staying at a Quality Inn property again."

"We came in and the room was set. The curtains were disheveled some of the hooks were totally off and it was just hanging, you could not close it. The room was not made or cleaned trough our visit. We were given one towel per person, no new towels were brought to us. Your hallway on the second floor is so filthy I would replace it, it brings you rating down to 0 null I mean is awful. The TV was out, we tried to figure it out but nothing happened. I told the Lady at the desk on the way out, we had a hospital visit that day. Nothing was done, then the next day the power was out for almost three hours, storm was passing trough. TV still did not work. Sunday breakfast was not good at all. The biscuits were so hard you could kill a person with it, so no biscuits and gravy. We had settle on eggs and bread, the waffle maker had no dough for it. The coffee was good, thank you. So the breakfast was a bust we had to get it outside the hotel, though it's included in the price. Monday morning breakfast was a bit better we had the waffle dough but no cups for the coffee. Seems your hotel is not taken care of as it should be, you always lack something in your service. People were pleasant, not very outgoing just there smiling that's all. We left disappointed in the visit. On top of the sadness of Family visit the hotel just made it so much worse. Would I recommend Hawthorne by Windom in St. Robert Missouri, NO, I would suggest anything else. It's not a welcoming and clean place."

"I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Waynesville, Fort Leonard Wood, or St. Robert area. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the property is impeccably clean. There are on-site washer and dryer facilities, an indoor pool, and complimentary breakfast, with coffee available all day. Additionally, there is ample parking. This hotel is an excellent choice for those attending military graduations. The next time I visit my parents, I will definitely stay at this hotel, as I believe it’s the best in the small town."

"The entire experience was great. Staff, room, parking, bed, breakfast, water pressure, cleanliness…all of it deserves a 10. Most importantly traveling with our two Labs…the grassy areas, the relief area and being able to go in and out several of the side doors with the room key made it all very convenient. After driving for 12 hours it was the best choice we could have made. Even the Nextdoor Mexican restaurant let us eat on the patio with our dogs, which was very nice!"

"You get what you pay for. The staff were helpful. The room I stayed in needed more deep cleaning. On a surface it looked clean but looking in you can see old dust on the curtains. The floor was so dirty like it hasn’t been mopped properly. We walked on the floor just for about 15 minutes barefoot and our feet were soo filthy. There was mold in the bathroom cealing. I had booked for 2 nights only stayed one."
