We had a 2-story room with a balcony that had a view of the garden, pool and mountains while the front room had a view of old town so it’s the best of both worlds. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. I believe it will soon undergo a major renovation and transform it into a 5-star hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great location and amenities

We enjoyed our room. The location was perfect. The room was clean. There was plenty of space. Perhaps put the refrigerator on a short table as its small size makes it more of a table top item and it was a bit of a trip hazard on the way to the bathroom. There is plenty of room to put in a small sitting area without crowding the room, as well.

Fantastic view which made it a restful stop on a very busy trip around Provence. A nice easy town to navigate and the hotel is as close as you can get to the center of town. We will return.

Bar staff were excellent. Receptionist was rude & argumentative. She didn’t inform us that there was a “Bull Run” in the village and we couldn’t leave the hotel in the morning because the roads were closed. Room was old & tired. Wouldn’t return & these activities should be stopped!

No AC

Overall, absolutely do not stay here. It was 104 degrees outside and 93 degrees inside our room at 11 pm. We approached the front desk 6 or 7 times about this, they finally moved us to the room next door, it was 85 degrees at 11 pm the next night. The AC does not work and they will do nothing to assist you nor discount your stay for the camping-like atmosphere. The hotel is old and needs updating, rooms were serviced inconsistently, never swept or cleaned our floors a single time during an 8 days stay nor replenished pool towels or water in the room. To their credit they did tells us the room had no AC, about 12 hours before our arrival, while we were on a plane coming from the states so we had absolutely no other options but to stay there or book a room in a city about 40 minutes away. Avoid at all costs. 1.5 star hotel at best. Absurd for the summer price.

L’hôtel est extrêmement bien placé dans le centre de St Remy. Les infrastructures de l’hôtel et des extérieurs mériteraient d’être mieux entretenues / rafraîchies. Cela ferait de l’hôtel une vraie pépite. Le personnel est aimable en général. Globalement nous avons passé un bon séjour

Nous sommes des habitués de L'hôtel de Saint Rémy et de leurs autres hôtels dans la région. C'est toujours un plaisir de venir. Le personnel est très accueillant et poli. La piscine et les chambres sont très agréables ! Cette année il y avait un voiturier vraiment très pro. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir cet été une seconde fois.

We had a great stay overall. The location is absolutely fantastic, literally in the center of town. The pool area was very nice, the breakfast was great and the room was good. The only caveat was the fact that the hotel restaurant didn’t seem to really have planned for guests having lunch, where on several occasions it was either full or out of food.

Très bon hôtel et service. La déco est à revoir.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, au coeur de Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, avec un grand parc et une piscine, ce qui est très rare si proche du centre du village. Le personnel est très aimable, et très à l'écoute. L'hôtel offre de nombreux services. Seul bémol, la décoration qui date un peu, et qui manque vraiment de personnalité. L'hôtel mériterait d'être rénové avec une décoration plus actuelle, qui serait plus à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles contemporain.
