Front desk gentleman was very rude when i asked if there was any water while checking in and waiting for our room … he said I can go to the bar or market place and purchase one . Just to turn around and see the valet handing waters out to someone . We loved Nora at the market place very outgoing and nice! I wouldn’t stay here again the pools was overcrowded .The property is nice overall. "
