Front desk guy that checked us in was not very friendly or helpful….some of your staff need more hospitality training…we had a great time in your beautiful resort

We liked the property and location, however, check-in was delayed by an hour or more. We were also offered rooms that did not match our paid-for rooms, and we had to complain about having them changed. Also, we had to pay an extra $10 for beach cabanas and the use of the steam room, which is not open to guests unless they take a paid spa treatment.

Everything about the Wyndham Grand was absolutely wonderful! Service was outstanding. The entire lobby is modern, very well decorated and clean. Very refreshing decor. The pool area is beautiful and large. Service at pool is excellent. Service in restaurants was also excellent. We will definitely return!!

The property is beautiful and in the best location. We walked the entire trip because we didn’t have a car. The staff was always friendly.. The valet attendants even ask if you want water while you wait for your rides! They even sent me cake and champagne to my room for my birthday!

We like the location have stayed before but felt lack of customer service at there pool location. They were not attentive to all customers. Had to order take out to get serviced. We will find other locations to stay in the future

Little slice of heaven. Beautiful hotel with magnificent view of the gulf. Rooms are comfortable and extremely clean. The service was top notch. We had a gulf front room and watched the sun set every night from our balcony. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella each day on the beach. Pool is busy with bar/food service. We are already booking for next year.

The Wyndham in Clearwater Beach Fla is ALWAYS a wonderful place to vacation. The staff is professional, friendly and courteous. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool is just wonderful. The pool service staff is friendly, but they could use a little more help. It takes a long time to get your drinks. That would be my only suggestion. Having said that, I would highly recommend anyone staying here. There is plenty to do from shopping, eating and enjoying the most beautiful sunsets!!!!
