We are sorry that you feel the need to express your displeasure with your decisions in this fashion. We understand that you wanted the unit so that you and your family could enjoy our pool. You all seemed to be having a good time on our 5th floor pool deck from noon, when you checked in with us, until the storms rolled in around 3pm. At that time, you decided that you no longer were in need of the unit, and we were not willing to cancel the reservation. The reservation was made de that morning and you had checked in to the unit you chose. This is not really an accurate representation of either your experience with us or our facilities and, again, we are sorry that you decided to make your poor timing, and lack of knowledge of the weather moving in, our fault.
