The lady who checked us in was very friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast well….coffee and twinkies and these little prepacked muffins. Not healthy.

DO NOT STAY HERE

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. They never clean the rooms. The bath tub is dirty, the bed sheets are stained with blood, there are bugs in the rooms, dirty towels, the tables are sticky, etc. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Do not stay here!

Do not recommend staying here. There were roaches in the room( the big ones that fly), the bed sheet had what looked like blood stains, the wifi didnt work even with the login information, the service on our phones without wifi didnt work either im sure due to the building, the door to the room we had issues opening it and the Super8 breakfast consisted of 4 types of the brand hostess cakes and a loaf of bread you can toast, coffee and apple juice.

This hotel photocopies every guests’ drivers license at check in. They have NO RIGHT to keep a copy of your government issued ID; they only have a right to verify identification and record information by hand. I refused to allow my license to be copied; they did it anyway. At check-out I took back the copy of my license and the manager called the cops on me! Also the hotel and room was pretty awful.

Not impressed.

The room I paid for was a “NO SMOKING” room, however the stench of cigarette smoke was pretty intense. Besides the odor of cigarette smoke, I can only describe the underlying smell as that of wet corncobs, weird I know. The sheets and bedding were clean, as was the bathroom, but the floor was dirty. Walking barefoot on the floor was not an option for me.

Shame on offering this hotel at all! Sex stains all over sheets! When we checked in, before we got to our room and turn on the AC. Everything was wet or damp! We left and actually would like a refund! Ive been loyal to expedia. This is a cheat!

the room smelled like mold. we got a sore throat from something in the room. did not like the shower over the tub. no eating place close by. the place needs remolding but the room was clean and we had new towels brought in. no hand towels for your hands in the room.

It's worst than the ratings

Even after looking at low ratings and bad reviews I ended up in this hotel due to new year eve and my stay turned into a nightmare. Cons: as well my experience; 1. Bathroom shower did not work (completely jammed, see pics) 2. Towel rack was broken, see pics) and no towels in the room. 3. I tried calling reception but the phone was not working. 4. I went to reception and they said they can not fix it if I do not want this room I can check-out. 5. Microwave was full of curry/gravy, not cleaned since some other guest's last stay. 7. Cleaning staff did not understand or speak English. 8. Room smells very bad. 9. Looking at the reception you can feel how bad the room's condition will be. Pros: I did not find any. I was under the impression that hotels.com at least takes care of these basic things in a hotel. More surprisingly when I contacted hotels.com, instead of helping they simply suggested checking out and finding other hotels. It was difficult for me to find and move to another hotel with my family so I stayed for that night. Later hotels.com offered me a $37.0 refund which I did not get for the last 3 months. I learnt hotels.com is nothing more than a transaction platform.

The room was super clean! Please give your wonderful housekeeper and front desk a raise! Very friendly service. Big spacious room, lots of pillows! Great breakfast with a big variety of food! Highly recommend!

Quiet. Fire the painter! A 12 yr old could paint better. Funny. Semi gloss touch ups over flat paint. But hey...once I closed my eyes...didn't see the patch job painting and slept well. Even though off Hwy 19. Basement like room 101.

I can’t stay. When I go to ck my room have al trash from the prior guess. I also found a tooth brush and a flip flops under the mattress. They have bed bugs. Was horrible, and the staff was not nice at all when I was requesting my money back.

There were cigarette burnholes in the bedspread, a hole in the back of the bathroom door, cracked floor tiles that cut my mother's foot, the bathroom door was missing the closing mechanism, the "breakfast" was wrapped twinkies and other cheap pastries, the "juice" was watered down drink mix. the location is next to a major highway that you could hear all night.
