Vintage property I suspect their going to rehab the place at some point. Expedia over rated this property. Best part of the stay is the beach front location.

Pool area and patio was flooding with pool fill. Rusty refrigerator, toilet paper hanger torn off wall. No coffee pot no manager onsite. Message left with emergency answering. Needs maintenance everywhere. It was a beautiful facility at one time… very sad. It could be a give star place with repairs and paint and TLC

The property itself, and the outside facilities, were nice. Location was great. Inside the room was another story. I don't think they mopped the floors. Within a few minutes of taking my shoes off, the bottom of my feet were black. There were three windows in the main area, but only two had blinds. We were on the bottom floor, so everyone could see in day or night. Not very comforting for two females staying there. The towel situation was confusing at first. You had to find someone to get fresh towels. I went to the front office a couple of times and waited a while, to ask questions and no one was there. The showerhead had a major leak. So, if you didn’t close the curtain just right, everything in the bathroom got soaked. The hot water was so hot, my mom got burned the first night before she could turn the water towards cold. I saw that they had applied for renovations, they need it. It will be a great place once the renovations are done.

The owner was so nice. Bed comfortable. It shows wear and tear BUT WHO CARES. Location is AMAZING and the kitchenette well stocked. Very relaxing.

This property is small and quiet. I felt very safe with 2 children and allowing them some freedom and not worrying about losing them. The hotel is very Old and has major cosmetic issues in the rooms. With that being said do not expect everything to be perfect but it is Clean and No bugs in room. The King bed is very comfortable but the pull out couch is old and very used. The garden is nice, plenty of chairs & tables and loungers in pool area. Grills are Perfect for all meals. Its on the Beach and people leave their chais & umbrella s for others to use. You will find all kinds of pool items around the pool and no one cleans them up so they are everywhere (just messy looking). The maintenance & housekeeper work really hard and do the Best they can with what they have to work with. Owners should take more Pride in this property because it could be really one of the Best "small" resorts on St Petes Beach.

Room dirty, malfunction of many things, dirty ravioli stains in the cabinet, dirty sheets, mold everywhere, dirty floors, toilet kept running, sofa bed had pee stains and the sheets were dirty. Pillows and bed uncomfortable.

Perfect little getaway, right on the beach, and also has 2 pools that were well maintained; a lovely patio area with shuffleboard and grills. I chose the full kitchen room bc of dietary needs. I liked best that I could just walk right out of my room to the beach, preferable to one of the big hotels.

The floor in our room was filthy and the towels were disgusting. The bathroom shower was dirty and had hair in it. Cleaning should be much better for guests. The ceiling fan in room 14 needs to be fixed as well. On a positive note the manager on duty was very nice. Don't think I'll be staying there again.

The bathroom was so old and dirty looking, didn't want to take a bath in it, woodwork disgusting, you had to wash your dishes in bathroom sink yuk, no closet, refrigerator was disgusting, honestly would not let my dog stay there. Beach was gorgeous, that was the only good thing , one pool was so dirty with pigeon poop, will never even consider staying there for free

Mis-Advertisement. Urgent update the photos of the resort to Expedia.com in needed ASAP. Do Not Book this resort, no it’s worst than a motel. We thought I walked into an event of “The Stranger Thing”. It’s a health hazard flag. Dirty, disgusting. Yes I get it is near the beach. But WATERBUGS RUNNING ON THE WALL, bathroom, the bed is layered in sands. Did they even changed the sheet. The sofa set as displayed, it’s extremely dirty, it’s smells. You need to see it in person.

I’ll totally be staying here again. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. I love the location, walking distance to everything I needed. The grounds are beautiful. I had an issue with the air conditioning but the manager took care of things.

Old, moldy room, old furniture, problem with TV reception.. Great location, 2 good swimming pools with one heated. Located right on the beach. Staff was responsive. Apparently the property is being sold, and will be torn down. I believe we were overcharged, compared to what other guests paid. I thought Expedia was supposed to provide the lowest rates?

This location should be removed as an option for Expedia, it is run down and disgusting- Sheets yellow, bedding dirty, paint chipped, floors horrific, bathroom has not been renovated since the 80 (so gross), stove rusted, refrigerator leaking, toilet not bolted down, safe rusted out, furniture stain and falling apart. Do I need to say more… Yes, towels from the 90’s if you are lucky to get some. I would not pay $20 a night to say there.
