Never again pay $$$ for a better experience

They are doing construction outside our window. What a way to sleep in. The August home app didn’t work for us.

Welcome tablet was not there to find as described. We tried to check in early and let the property know three weeks in advance. At that time the only way to contact them was via email. Those emails were returned with a simple “request denied.” One day before check-in I received an email with an 800 number to call. I called tasking them to check in at noon instead of the regular 3pm time. I was told that for every hour I wanted to check in early, I would be charged an additional $20/hour. SCAM...! The is/was nothing on the website that say anything about this. I know this because I’ve re-read everything. Apart from that. Everything was satisfactory except for the 30 year old leaky shower head in the only bathroom which shot water all over the floor. I won’t be using this property again.
