We truly enjoyed our stay the close proximity to the intercoastal waterway and the beach made for a great stay. In addition the property was very comfortable, clean and the bed's were so comfortable we wanted to take them home!

Our stay at Belle Vista was amazing. The place was cozy, clean and very comfortable! Loved sitting on the dock of the bay watching the dolphins and was so close to our favorite restaurant and shops. Beach is so close and loved that you had chairs, umbrellas and even a cooler to use. Can't wait to come back!

This was the perfect place for a group of ladies that wanted beach, shopping, dining, and live music. We walked every where we went for days. The condo was super clean and very comfortable!!! Check-in and check-out was extremely easy. I would definitely recommend and if I ever go back to Madeira Beach and John’s Pass, this is definitely where I want to stay. Thanks for everything!

Three of us (adults) stayed at Belle Vista in the Octopus Suite from Feb 21-24, 2024. It was absolutely amazing. The condo was very clean, well laid out and large. The furnishings and finishes were also excellent and very recently renovated. We had an awesome view of the water from the living room and master bedroom that was incredible. The communication we received was also excellent and we were able to get in the unit very easily with no concerns or questions. Parking is right at the door so very secure and easy. you can walk to a ton of shops and restaurants and the beach is about a 3 minute walk. There is also the most amazing spice and tea shop right across from Belle Vista. Overall I would highly recommend this place to stay.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Belle Vista! The condo was perfect. Two bedrooms with overhead fans, excellent air conditioning and a humidifier. The kitchen was well equipped with silverware, plates, microwave, toaster and refrigerator. There was a kureg available, as well. We had coffee pods, creamer and sweetener to get us through the first couple of days. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner was provided! All the restaurants and shopping stores were very close to the condo— literally a block away. We had a wonderful time and the management was very responsive. We were given a two hour later checkout upon request. We already booked our next Beach vacation at Belle Vista for 2024! A bottle of wine was complimentary at our arrival which was a nice touch! Definitely worth a booking!

When i opened the frig , it smelled like rotten fish. The next day ,the housekeeper told me that the owners knew it and did nothing. There were no dish towels. The breaker popped when i was blow drying my hair. Attempted to contact owner about the breaker, never received a response for 3 days. Positive note is walkable distance to beach and johns pass. The suite was spacious and nicely furnished.
