Condo Rental Service Staff WERE GREAT! Bella Vista was brand new, however, it was not as advertised so the Staff at the Rental Office happily gave us a different condo to rent in a different building called: Madeira Bay Resort. We would highly recommend this property. We stayed in Condo 504, which is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with 2 full balconies on the intercostal, a large kitchen, large family room, dining room & washer & dryer! A GREAT PROPERTY & LARGE, CLEAN, NEW CONDO #504!

My husband and I brought our two children ( ages 5 & 7 ) to Johns Pass Village. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay in the anchor room. It was extremely affordable, clean, and an excellent location. We will most definitely book again :)

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE

So I reserved this hotel for 3 nights and first of all once I enterd there were crumbs of sand all of the floor and beds were really uncomfortable to sleep on. The service was horrible so I get the blackest ph them on the king size bed I lay down on the bed and it suddenly drops I get up to see what happens it turned out the wood holding the mattress broke. I was very surprised they used such a cheap type of wood holding a king size bed so I called and they said they will come tomorrow so I had to sleep on the sofa bed that was the most uncomfortable sleep of my life. Then the next day they came and they saw that only 4 peices of wood where holding the king size bed and 2 out of the 4 broke. 30 minutes later they fixed the bed in 10 minutes then leave. I come home and I checked my bank account $200 DOLLER CHARGE was charged from my account because of this. I was very disappointed about that I called them and the manger told me that the pieces of wood where $80-$90 dollars and labor was $100 for staying 10 minutes and what's funny is there was only 2 peices of wood that broke and they charged me for 5 much more expensive peices (but still under $10/price). This was the worst experience of being in a hotel. BE AWARE DONT RESERVE.
