"No staff at all hence 1*. Lovely clean and modern very central and perfect stopover. Would be much better if had a proper luggage room with strong digital lockers to leave what you want - only cables and padlocks so useless really - and some form of essentials shop. One irritation is that all but one power socket is integrated with a light switch which pushes adaptors back out making them unusable."

"Enjoyed our stay. Very clean, great location, loved the free public transport pass. Only negative was the parking. It was quite confusing where we were allowed to park Some instructions prior to arrival would have helped immensely. Had to walk quite far in the lot to the hotel."

"Excellent hotel in every-way. Breakfast wonderful and the room was lovely. We enjoyed sitting outside around the garden. The Staff are amazing and transport links are incredible. The only hotel you should think of as a base to explore switzerland."
