Room service makes the bed, but doesn't actually change the sheets. They didn't replace the coffee, which was annoying when you wake up and realize you don't have coffee. Then you go down to the front desk to request more, but no one is there. Went down to the beach, where they had tons of beach chairs available, assuming they're provided by the hotel as part of the cost of amenities... But nope! As soon as we got comfortable in the chairs, a hotel staff member came over to tell us we had to pay $20 (per person) to use the chairs. Are you kidding me?! I read it was an extra charge for the cabanas, but the chairs?! Overall, disappointed by the entire stay. Had I know, I would have paid the extra money to stay somewhere nicer. Would not recommend. "
