"Friendly, welcoming staff. A comfortable stay, although the apartment could use some plates, cutlery etc. A lovely pool and convenient bar, restaurant. A bit out of town but buses are regular."

With a very special mention to Niscal from the Juniper bar who made everyday we saw him memorable. Not to mention the rest of the barmen at Juniper who were very quick on serving drinks, plus the food at Juniper was delicious. Zezo, the entertainer, he should be head of operations for the animation team as he has what it takes to transform the animation team given the chance. The entertainment was very poor, out dated quizzes, and music from before 1970 and the white party that didn’t materialise as the song choices were not suited to the people who attended, and that would be my only critique on this hotel…. Revamp your entertainment and encourage them to be like Zezo…"

"This was the perfect place I think. If your more into an amazing view and balcony than watching tv it’s perfect. The tv room was nothing to talk about but otherwise loved the kitchen and bath and comfortable bed!"

"Amazing hotel with lots of great amenities! Activities for kids and adults, especially liked tge adult infinity pools on the rooftop. The animation team is amazing, very entertaining! Also, the breakfast was superb, you could even have a glass of Prosecco 😄 The facilities clean, the staff is really nice! Hope to return next time with all inclusive option!"

"Our third stay here and as good as previously. Although the bus station is so near and convenient the hotel is in a quiet location. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Room had everything we needed. Particularly liked the room lighting. Often hotels have bedroom lighting too dim to read by. Reception staff very helpful.. Will stay again."
