"Honestly, I felt awful for the person who checked me in. She had to deal with double Karen's (in the same group) who were pissed about something that didn't matter. For real, throwing a fit about something stupid. The person who checked us in didnt lose her cool and came up with reasonable alternatives. ..."

"The room was very clean and comfortable. I was just a little disappointed with the continental breakfast. I didn’t eat anything as there wasn’t yogurt or fruit. Those two things have always been at other hotels I’ve been to. I was just really surprised there was no fruit."
