"We loved this hotel! We loved the historical value and the ability to briefly step back in time to experience a time gone by. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. We ate at the attached restaurant and were impressed with the food. The area was beautiful and worthy of exploring. Our only regret was that we were just passing thru and didn't have time to seriously check out the area. We made a promise to ourselves that we would return specifically to enjoy the hotel and the area!"

"Great area to stay on Amelia Island. Beach is across the street with easy walking access. Great food, ice cream, coffee, and loaded teas all within walking distance. Most of all staff was very helpful and pleasant 😊"

"I loved the big vanity and lighted mirror. All the soaps provided had lovely scents. Plenty of USB sockets for all our electronics. Just wish the refrigerator had a freezer compartment for my freezer packs. "

"The hotel is very comfortable and the parking is free at the hotel. The check in is easy was not happy with the $75 pet fee that is non refundable, on the plus they offer coffee and hot water all day also ice and cold water machine. All in all would probably stay here again due to the accessibility to the highway and very clean and updated "

"Renovated, clean hotel that is a 7 minute drive to the Cumberland Ferry. Nice staff, hot breakfast included. Next to a CVS and Aldi grocery store. "
