10/10 Excellent

"Super friendly front desk. Our room wasn't ready at check in time, same with another couple. They were apologetic, offered us drinks. And every time we walked by during our stay they greeted us and chatted. Great location to town, easy walk along the marina and to get dinner. Yet far enough away to be so quiet at night. Plenty of parking. Shower is tiny by most US standards, comfy bed/pillow combo. Enjoyed our stay here!"

"The food staff were lovely and very helpful. The reception staff acted like they were guests. They had no local info, barely lifts a finger to help and were pompous. We had walked the Dingle Way to get there and there seemed to be a sense that we were somehow below the other tourists. Or they just didn’t know what to make of us. The housekeeping staff seemed to have forgotten our room. The shower handle came off in my hand and the ac that switched on and off all night had something wrong with it that caused it to bang loudly. The views were beautiful. The bar was nice. We found much better hospitality in the small b&bs we stayed at along the walking trail. Unfortunate, given the cost of this hotel."

"Room was very clean and organized and host supplied water, coffee/tea. We had a later arrival (9 pm) and host was very welcoming and spoke with us about our travels and plans for our stay. Let us know about the local area and was around if we needed anything. Only spent one night but felt very comfortable and would definitely stay again on my next visit to the Dingle Peninsula!"

"The breakfast was one of the best we had in Ireland. The staff was also extremely friendly. They were very knowledgeable about the area and very caring. My only suggestion would be to change the carpet out for a more sustainable floor such as vinyl wood flooring as some carpet had stains on it but that is hard to avoid on white carpet. Another thing would be to put a fresh coat of paint on the walls as well as this would freshen up the place also. Overall a very comfortable and safe place to stay. I would stay here again definitely, but if those changes were made I definitely would be willing to spend more per night for my stay."
