alot of people were hanging out in the parking lot at night, which made me feel uncomfortable. also never received my $50 incidental fee back. was told i would receive it a few days after checkout

Traveled from out of state, notified property I was going to be arriving late, they confirmed my code and giving me instructions. Got to the property at 2 AM unable to get to in my room, tried contacting the property but no luck, had to find a hotel for one night. Ps I WAS CHARGED FOR A NIGHT I DIDN'T ...
