"Big and airy room was ideal for a relaxed stay. I doubted the advice of the chap at reception on the restaurant getting very busy but he was absolutely correct so I was pleased to get a table for some very decent pub grub. Nice breakfast too."

"Beautiful property, well furnished rooms with friendly & helpful staff. While I would fully recommend the property, it was disappointing to turn up and find no availability at the spa despite staying three nights/four days. Also, the hotel added on a service charge of £10/day on checkout despite having already paid a 12.5% service charge in the restaurants & bars (which made up 100% of our bill given we had pre-paid). The option is there to take the service charge off but in my view, it is not a comfortable checkout experience."

"Yes it did invite pets but I do not want to go to breakfast with them barking. Staff not very helpful or tell about your choice for breakfast and they serve coffee and hot water in flasks which was cold. And all you had was 2 sockets in your room nothing by the bed "
