"The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were so overwhelmed with the situation they had to deal with. There was no water two distant times. Plus the 1st room i had was terrible. Bad in the aspect that every single noise could be heard and was like an echo! I had absolutely no sleep the 1st night. So the girl was very nice and moved me to the 4th floor and it was much nicer.
