"Staff was not very welcoming neither helping when l need e a metal knife she just showed me the plastic one having scissors in front of her nose In spite of paying for the resort fee we didn’t get the welcome toast. The a/c was extremely noisy and the option of paying extra for a balcony wasn’t useful ..."

"The property had a lot of broken items a lot of broken face. For instance, the bathtub was coming out the wall. The tap was not working properly. The shower takes a very long time to come on. The machine was not working on the list goes on."
