From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcomed and well cared for. A special shoutout to Orlando at the bar, who always greeted us with a smile and made the most delicious drinks. He had a great memory for our favorites and was an absolute joy to chat with each day. And Ernie from guest activities brought so much energy and positivity—he truly went above and beyond to make every activity fun and engaging. His enthusiasm was contagious! The beachfront property was absolutely stunning—pristine sand, clear turquoise water, and plenty of space to relax. It felt like our own little slice of paradise. As for the food, everything we tried was fresh and flavorful, but two things really stood out: the breakfasts (so many choices and beautifully presented) and the delightful afternoon tea service, which added such a special and relaxing touch to our days. This resort is a gem, made even better by the incredible people who work there. We’re already talking about when we can come back! "

The beach is amazing always clean and serene with an almost unlimited number of beach chairs. They should place towels closer, this is my 4th stay and it irks me to walk al that way for beach towels, if I forgot mine in the room"

We celebrated my husband’s 40th birthday on the island, and as avid travelers who love immersing ourselves in local culture and cuisine, we explored every corner—from fishing villages to hidden beaches. But no matter how much we saw, nothing compared to returning to the serenity and splendor of Jade Mountain. The resort is truly a sanctuary. Our major domos were attentive and thoughtful, making every moment feel effortless and luxurious. The open-air design of our sanctuary, complete with a private infinity pool and a panoramic view of the Pitons, left us speechless. Watching the sun rise and set over those iconic peaks from the comfort of our room was pure magic. The yogis were very experienced, the food was delicious and the sunsets were magical. Jade Mountain isn’t just a place to stay—it’s an experience we’ll never forget. Easily one of the best travel memories we’ve made together."
