"We needed handicap features for my husband in a wheelchair. The hotel wasn’t able to provide a shower chair that fit in the tub. We had to buy our own. There must’ve been a breakdown in communication regarding house keeping. While we hung the do not disturb sign on our door for the first 2 nights ..."
