Parking was a little weird for the property. Wasn’t sure if the parking garage next door was a part of it considering there were lots of others parking there that were walking to other establishments around the hotel.

Half the suite didn’t have any lighting except for a mini reading light attached to the headboard, so it was hard to see at night. The worst part was the bed. I’m not a picky person and don’t notice beds much, but it was so cheap and uncomfortable I slept on the floor and got an hour of sleep. Spare sheets had some sort of oil all over them. The tv was located in between rooms, with a partition wall ending right in front of it. Very inconvenient layout. The bathroom door is frosted glass, so if anyone pees at night with the light on, the light shines straight on two beds. First time I’ve ever given a hotel a negative review. Staff was nice, though. It also felt safe there.

A nice stay
Having a mini fridge and a microwave was plus. Wish there was a bathtub instead of just a shower. The room was clean but pretty small for 5 of us (4 adults and a kid). The location was great.

Staff was wonderful, my son wet the bed and one associate came up and was going to change the bed but then decided we needed a new room. Kept us on the same floor and made the transfer easy!

Did not like the fact that the complementary coffee that was provided in the room was not replaced nor that the trash was not collected from the room daily. No service was provided like this for my stay. Checked in Friday and left on a Monday morning. Should receive notification that this is the practice of this facility prior to making reservation.

Great Staff and Hospitality.
Enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, bed made up most days, towels changed everyday. The breakfast was very convenient. People providing breakfast were very nice and asked questions for assistance. They helped you with the equipment for assistance. Most of all I dropped my Ipod and someone turned it in at the front desk. I was very pleased by the person at the front desk who ask me if it was my ipod.. I was able to identify it. I did not realize I had dropped it.

Our room was clean, easy parking, I have no complaints. Continental breakfast was good, had the usual cold foods, waffles, eggs, and a meat each day. The staff was very friendly, from the front desk to the housekeepers, always greeted you in the hallways. Would definitely stay here again.

I didn't know we had to pay for parking per day until we arrived there. Plus, we had to ask for towels before we left the room to do our activities for the day. When we got back they still didn’t get towels so I had to call and ask again. Great breakfast! Overall, nice hotel and great location.
