Our room smelled like urine as soon as you opened the door. I slipped in the shower and nearly fell due to the fact that there were no non slip strips in the bottom of the shower. I twisted my back so bad that I could hardly walk afterwards. The breakfast was so minimal that we had to go to McDonald's after check out. I would never stay here again nor recommend this facility to anyone

I definitely won't be staying at a red roof inn again. I thought I would give it another shot but the room was not properly cleaned there was very very heavy dust everywhere, the bedding was stained with something I would rather not think of what it was. My Fiancée couldn't sleep from sneezing most the night. But it was for one night and that will be the last night. Breakfast seemed like it was sitting out for a week and they were still trying to give it to the guest here. The staff was very friendly though that was probably the single best thing about this inn.

Employees were professional and friendly. The hotel lobby is the only clean area. The room was filthy, the walls were full of dust, and you could see the wall art from previous customers, and the stairs had spider eggs.

The staff were very hospitable, and as advertised, the hotel is pet friendly. The continental breakfast left much to be desired, which was the only negative thing I experienced there.

Hotel was clean and staff very friendly. Some trash back of property where we walked the dogs. Not bad I’ve definitely seen worse.

The pool is green, looks like black mold is developing in the back corner in the pool room. My room was dirty when i first got there. Went to store to by cleaning products n lysol everything down, the dresser drawers were nasty on the inside, i had wiped them all out and sprayed lysol in all of them. I had used my bath cloths and towels to get the job done. Smelled like stale cigarettes. I placed two sented plug ins. Was hair still in the closet, and some personal hair in the tube n shower wall. Black specks are forming on the mirrors. Killed 3 spiders in my room and passed by some in the hall. Holes are forming in the chair in my room. Bedspreads are stained, they were never changed in the 10 days i stayed, i had to request for change of sheets. I dont expect perfect but, i feel the quality of the building n workers are going down hill. Safe to say, that will be my final stay there. Best wishes to all. PS. My room number was 312 in Troy IL
