While the exterior is a little dated the over all room was good and convenient for where we were going. The beds were super comfortable the breakfast was decent.

Newly renovated, this convenient to the airport property is only 8 miles from Old St Charles dining and shopping. The friendly staff greeted everyone with a big smile and wonderful service.

The management at this property was extremely helpful and very professional. The room was clean and comfortable. Excellent shuttle service to the nearby STL airport. This will be my go-to lodging whenever I need to stay near the airport.

I’ve stayed at Pear Tree inn before and if you are flying out of STL it is probably the best and most convenient hotel to stay at.

Staff was extremely rude upon check in and would not allow me to use my card for incidentals because my name had changed. Then she wouldnt allow cash for a hold. She had simply offered to cancel a prepaid reservation. Asked to speak with management she declined stating they are not available until 11am the following day.

The room we reserved smelled like a wet dog, so we turned around and left it. The lady at the desk said pets were allowed, but not on the floor we were in; so someone must have snuck an animal in the room. They were able to give us another room; however, there was a wall in the hallway outside of our room that was getting new wallpaper put on it. The workers were there early, sanding and making construction noises that was disturbing our stay. But the rooms were nice otherwise.

Hard to find a better value near St Louis Lambert Airport. This property is clean and convenient. Breakfast is excellent and the shuttle is always available.

Staff is not helpful and discourteous, even over the phone. "Tough luck" attitude. Shuttle service from the airport was over an hour wait. The shuttles to other area hotels were no more than 15mins apart...in the rain. Who wears a tank top with tattoos from ears down the entire length of her arms and across her chest, at the front desk? I already knew that I was not going to be helped with my check in. Thank goodness my trip was handled better once I stepped out: the Uber was there quickly to bring me to a more accommodating hotel with above-and-beyond service from the front desk. I will NEVER consider this place to stay next time I have to come here. We have a large convention coming here in late July. This place will NOT be listed as recommended place to stay, and we will personally provide transportation to our domestic and international guests to the other hotels closer to the venue.

I especially appreciated the 24/7 shuttle since we arrived quite late. The front desk staff was also very nice and helpful in every interaction. More than met our needs for a hotel by the airport.
