We enjoyed the convenience of the hotels location but outside this we were disappointed in the quality and service. The staff was not friendly and didn't let you know where to locate things within the property. We waited over an hour for an extra comforter and this was after we asked for it three times; the last time being my husband having to go down to the front desk. The restaurant options on site are not family friendly and self service parking prices are outrageous. We would not recommend the Hyatt downtown St. Louis.

Staff was extremely friendly from the moment we arrived at the valet to check in to our late night trip to the restaurant for a drink and bite to eat to our breakfast before checking out. Valet was busy as expected during check in and check out time but the staff was very effective and wait times were lower than initially expected.

For the price of valet service you shouldn't have to get your car from the garage yourself. Otherwise was a nice stay. Very convenient to visit the arch and get to ballpark.

Location to Arch and Busch Stadium made for an easy visit to St. Louis. Also, we walked to Stanley’s Cigar Lounge about .7 miles away and to a few places to eat and drink. Super convenient!

I was very disappointed that I cannot get my Hyatt rewards points because I booked through Expedia. I have booked with other hotel chains that have allowed me to get those points, but Hyatt refused. Very very disappointing. Also a friend of ours who stayed at the property Had significant bedbugs and the Hyatt was not able to place them in another room so they had to scramble and find another room and another hotel

I was disappointed with this hotel. We arrived late. The staff wasn’t very friendly. The toilet ran all night. I requested a view of the arch and was put in a room with the view of a roof.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. This particular stay, there happened to be a baseball game at the nearby stadium. The hotel parking was full, which caused an additional cost to park elsewhere. The desk attendant stated people often used their parking even though they are not hotel guess. My opinion, hotel guess should not have to pay for parking at other locations. Our room was on the 15th floor and the sheets were like sleeping on a brown paper bag (very crunchy). First time experiencing these types of sheets at this hotel.

Sheets were dirty in my room of 1419. Wonderful stay tho. Just had some stains here and there, and the shower knob to change to the shower head popped out everytime we shut the water off.

Housekeeping was not available. Bedroom was not made during our stay. Toothbrush were not avaliable. Paid high price for just to sleep. Only come here if you really want to sleep in same bed sheet.
