Clean room, nice shower, and COMFORTABLE BED! but walls are paper thin; room was loud causing me to be woken up around 6:30a each morning; sink would not retain water; gym was limited.

No blackout curtains in room. Had room facing parking lot with parking lot lights shining in room all night very difficult to sleep. In room mini fridge sounded like it was going to blow up making loud random noises all night. Then at about midnight some I'm assuming pump turned on outside our room and was very loud. Couldn't sleep. Bed wasn't comfortable and pillows were very small. Breakfast was nothing like advertised, very bad quality. Also had a busload of older folks staying in the hotel and they had the whole lobby breakfast area filled up before the breakfast is even served at 7am. For big groups like that set a time or somthing so other guests can use the same accommodations as well. 50 people in a tiny area all trying to get breakfast is a disaster. Overall very disappointed in my stay. Had i used a credit card I'd probably request a refund. Get it together for the price your charging!

I like that it was quiet, location was not busy. But the room was musty, walls were dirty with previous occupants fingers prints all over walls under painting. The room door itself had a lot of dirty fingerprints like it never had been wiped down before.

Mostly everything was great about our stay. The staff was super friendly, the hotel was nice and upkept, our room was clean but our shower was dirtyyyy! Overall though, we had a great stay and would stay again.

Our stay at the Comfort inn was excellent. The staff was responsive to our needs. The room was clean and the linens soft and very comfy.

This Comfort Inn was a well kept hotel but, the showers were not desirable. They were probably clean but I couldn’t bring myself to shower with the discoloration on the tile/forms and in the joints. (Both rooms in two different nights)

We came early in to town after a long day of traveling and they were great to let us check in earlier so we can get some rest Thank you so much stuff We will definitely stay in this place again (From my minnesota family, thanks again)

The shower head in room 112 had black mold in it. The floor of the shower needed recaulking and appeared dirty too, but it might have been wrong material used that yellowed. I have stayed here several times, and everything is usually fine, but the bathroom this time was really bad. We did not even shower because of it. This is a convenient location for staying to visit my daughter, but I will probably switch to the Country Hearth next time.

Comfortable stay
Excellent service in the face of a difficult check-in due a power outage in the city. We were still able to get checked in and assigned a room. Room was spacious and comfortable. The only thing that was a negative was the cleanliness of the shower. It could have definitely used a deep cleaning.

Arrived and waited at the desk for 20 minutes before we saw a staff member to check in. Dirty shower and bathroom ceiling had a pocket of water leaking slowly onto the floor. Loud environment in the hotel. Overall not very clean.

Quiet room, free Wi-Fi, comfortable bed, soft sheets and good selection on the television helped to make this stay a pleasant one. I would have preferred to have a bathtub, though, as I don’t care for a shower.

Comfy beds, great sheets and linens, very soft and clean, quiet, amazing view of STL across the river. Staff was very friendly and efficient with check-in, friendly in hallways. Breakfast was standard American fare, not healthy, no decent whole grain bread or anything else whole grain. Faucet had no aerator and pressure was VERY poor. Cover on heat unit was broken. No comfy chair, just the 2 for the table. Fox "news" in the lobby offensive! At least choose something neutral.
