This was the worst hotel I never got to stay in. After reserving a room online, they ask you to use an app to send your driver's license. I tried over and over to get the app the work and then tried sending a photo from my own phone. I figured there would be a human to handle the problem once I got there. Wrong! Could not get a key and had trouble finding a person on a computer to help me. She couldn't. I was HOT. If this is the future of hotels, I want out. Totally robotic, nobody human to help. I wonder how people who actually get into a room find help after they book in. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Ceiling above kitchen was deteriorating due to leak above, reported to the owners, but ceiling was not repaired during my stay and no other rooms were available. Hallways and stairwells were filthy and the odor was horrible. The bathroom and bedroom were a clean sanctuary from all other spaces. The key check out and check in system did not function over the 10 days I was a guest and needed support at check in and check out. The laundry service was not well documented, needed to purchase a cash card for $5 and then place an additional non refundable $10 balance on it. The machine to purchase the card was hidden behind a column in a nook in the room. Since the card machine was hidden and it was weekend, I had to figure this out with no support. $15 for one wash was extreme.
