"Hugely disappointing! Check in was a shambles, it took well over an hour, we had to queue to get a clipboard to fill out a form, despite providing all the information the previous day online as requested which was a complete waste of time, then wait for our name to be called to complete the check in.
There was no hairdryer in our room, two wardrobes with a total of seven clothes hangers and no cushions on the balcony chairs.
we stayed for 3 nights and had no hot water on any night for a shower.
There was a buffett restaurant, an a la carte rest"

"This is a very special property and hotel. We had a fantastic time and will definitely return again someday. Just be aware that the surf and winds on the Atlantic side of the island are more pronounced so if you want tranquil water you would want to stay on the west side of the island. But this is a wonderful place and we are used to waves and found the trade winds very refreshing. "

"The name is Harlem B&B but no breakfast on offer. Really this is no more than a pension which at $US 150 per night ( booked months in advance) is over-priced. Room was basic but clean and a nice bathroom, but often no staff were evident in the building and service was non-existent."
