We arrived very early and expected to have to store our bags until check-in at 3:00, however, staff immediately let us check-in several hours early. This was greatly appreciated after a 5am flight. The room was immaculately clean and very cozy. Loved that breakfast is left outside the door and we didn’t have to get ready and go downstairs right away in the morning. We also loved the restaurant and the 20% discount that was available with a reservation through the hotel. We dined there twice! Great location. No complaints at all. Will stay again"

"The service at the front desk is horrendous, with a very argumentative manager. The house-keeping service is terrible, with room cleaning provided only every 3 days. Totally inadequate. The hotel refused to respond to complaints about the telephone not working. - no dial tone. The internet service is poor, and the face basin was clogged. Despite repeated requests, the hotel staff refused to address these issues. If you request a taxi, the front desk calls Diamond Taxi only. The customer service of this provider is very poor."
