Indretning var lidt for mørk efter min smag. Men udover indretningen, var det et super hyggeligt sted. Hotellets restaurant var god, lækker mad og drinks! Flink personale, værelserne blev gjort rene. Roomservice, kom ofte kl. 13. 00 - Hvilken for mig kunne være en forhindring, kunne være dejligt hvis det var lidt tidligere. Især hvis man evt. ville tage en et bad eller en nap, efter en solbadning på hotels lækre pool. Ikke særlig stort, men super hyggeligt. Hotellets beliggenhed er meget livlig.. 3 -12 min gang til klubberne om aften, shoppingscenter og spisesteder. Jeg var på solo tur og transportmulighederne var rigtig gode, både deres Bolt og bus. Ialt, ét hyggeligt sted.

Das Hotel an sich war toll. Es wurde immer gründlich gereinigr und das Personal war super nett. Das einzige was störend war waren die Baustellen, die um 07:00 Uhr morgens angefangen haben zu hämmern und einen nicht schlafen lassen. Während unserem Aufenthalt ist 2 Straßen weiter auch ein Gebäude eingestürzt was zu einem Einsatz von Rettungskräften und Polizei gesorgt hat. Zum Glück kam meines Wissens niemand zu Schaden. Ansonsten ist das Hotel 5 Minuten Fußweg von der Party-Meile entfernt und nur 10 Minuten ca. von einem der Strände. Viel Essensauswahl im Umkreis und sogut wie alles zu Fuß erreichbar.

Even it was stated that the hotel was soundproof, and a reason why I choose this hotel, it was quite the opposite, there was a lot of noise from outside, but even more from inside the hotel, could hear peoples tv from across the hallway, and it was not turned up unreasonably, for one thing.

Very nice staff, Sayma was lovely checking me in and super helpful. Staff were more than happy to help with our enquiries too. The luggage room was also an absolute plus as someone with late flights!

I was absolutely blown away by this find, great property and very professional hospitality. I particularly want to commend the two receptionist I encounter at the reception Suzanne Kiers and Joelle Deleeuw. They were helpful and charming at all times. They certainly may my experience away feel like home.

Also das Personal war schrecklich- die falschen Zimmer - auf Anfrage hat es geheissen, sie hätten halt keine anderen mehr (sprich: Wir haben explizit mit Balkon gebucht, ohne Balkon erhalten). Das Frühstücksbuffet passt zur Reception: Langweilig! Heute wurde ich im Zimmer um 09:30 gestört, weil man wissen wollte, wann ich auschecke (Check-out war 11:00). Alles in allem war das Personal überfordert und teilweise arrogant (ich habe mit Natalia gesprochen, da wollte sich ein anderer einmischen, was gegenüber Natalia und auch gegenüber mir eher respektlos ist). Poolbar-Service hört irgendwie um 17:00 auf, man kann mit QR-Code bestellen (wartet einfach ewig… Das Hotel und das Zimmer selber waren okay.

Had an issue with cancellation of a booking through Expedia. I cancelled through Expedia but it didn’t go through due to an Expedia app malfunction and the hotel charged me £250 anyways and refused to refund despite being made aware of the malfunction. Expedia were willing to refund but the staff at the hotel were less than understanding, patronising through email and gave attitude (especially Tathiana Chermont) . I would give 0 stars if I could. Please, if you are staying at this hotel, make sure you have no issues because if you do, I can assure you they will NOT support you. Do yourself a favour and stay away from Number 11.

Udemærket men med flere uløste udfordringer

Opholdet var samlet set udmærket, men der var flere udfordringer, som trak helhedsoplevelsen ned. Da vi ankom, blev vi mødt med en ubehagelig overraskelse og blev bedt om at betale 150 € ekstra, fordi bookingen angiveligt kun var til én person, selvom vores kvittering tydeligt viste, at vi havde bestilt et dobbeltværelse med dobbeltseng. Vi oplevede også problemer med både vores tv, bruser og aircondition. Brusekabinen var utæt, hvilket resulterede i vand på hele badeværelset og endda lidt ind i selve værelset. Tv’et fungerede ikke, og da vi henvendte os til receptionen, fik vi blot at vide, at der var problemer med tv-signalet på nogle værelser, og at der ikke kunne gøres noget ved det. Vores aircondition virkede heller ikke optimalt alle dage. En nat fungerede den slet ikke, hvilket gjorde det meget varmt og ubehageligt. Altanen var desuden så lille, at den nærmest var ubrugelig, hvilket var en skuffelse. Selve hotellet og poolområdet var dog ganske fint. Det skal dog nævnes, at gæster, der kom senere på dagen, havde svært ved at finde en plads ved poolen, og området blev ofte overfyldt hen mod eftermiddagen, hvilket gjorde det mindre behageligt at opholde sig der.

La struttura sarebbe anche carina e il personale al ricevimento abbastanza disponibile ma chi fa le camere dovrebbe cambiare lavoro! Un giorno ci manca un asciugamano, un giorno ci manca il tappetino doccia, un giorno addirittura si dimenticano di lasciare tutte le asciugamani! Per non parlare della pulizia in generale, l'attrezzatura per fare il caffè lasciata sporca sulla scrivania per 3 giorni, il balcone e il posacenere in una settimana pulito solo una volta.
