"It's an older hotel and the rooms have that feel you know it needs to be updated but it's clean for what it can be. Paid extra for a garden view but window overlooked the pool which was not pretty but fun for my son to watch people I guess. Check in desk wasn't overly friendly, but staff in the restaurants, bar, and the princess were all really nice. Shuttle is a huge plus and parking lot is secure with some shade. Overall, would definitely recommend a stay for someone on a budget who still wants to stay somewhere a little more special. Gardens are well cared for, the fish and ducks added appeal, and my son loved the princess. "

"The room was clean, staff friendly and accommodating. We were allowed an early check in and late check out. Complementary breakfast was good too."

"The hotel stsff was very nice. The room is spacious, beds comfortable and water was hot. Our room did have a weird smell like someone left something in the fridge but we were only there for like 15 hours so it was fine."
