I stayed 3 days/2 nights. There was trash on the hallway floor in the same spot each day.
Although I requested no service and had a DND sign on my door, a chair arrived while I was out. It seems that staff could have let me know.
And, I was very surprised to be charged to park. And no coffee for guests unless I purchased a watered down, not hot, Starbucks adjacent to the lobby.
I have been more pleased by lesser starred hotels.
