10/10 Excellent

"Beautiful atmosphere. So much to see in every floor. The theatre was superb! Great acoustics and not a bad seat in the house. We did have a few hiccups with our room however, but did not make a big fuss about. -As a high end hotel, our room (512) had a lot of accumulated dust behind the TV. -The bathroom walls could have been cleaned much better. -A couple of the smaller lightbulbs were burned out which kind of takes away from the overall ambiance and aesthetics of the room. -The pop machine on our floor was completely “sold out” of beverages. Other than those minor things the experience and stay was beautiful."

"I loved this hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the location was fantastic and the room was spotless and wonderful. We had a terrific view of Signal Hill. Room had great amenities and so comfortable. Parking was easy. We did not dine at the hotel but we enjoyed coffee, yogurt and cheese scone for breakfast at the little bistro and it was great. So many shops and food choices nearby. 10/10."

"Spacious room but a bit strange. Lovely deep tub and separate shower. Both with glass walls looking into the bedroom and if the curtains were open, outside. NO privacy at all! Well equipped and comfy bed. The front desk staff, especially Ethan, were great! Helpful recommendations and very friendly. Easy parking, great location. The continental breakfast was pretty weak."

"The room was dated and old, furnishings need to be replaced. The pictures on your website border on false advertising it looked nothing like the room we were in, the view of the garbage dumpster was blurry because the window was so dirty and they don’t open, how do you escape if there’s a fire in one of the other rooms. We were there 3 days and never received housekeeping once they didn’t even come in to dump the garbage, provide clean towels or replace the coffee. The toilet bowl was stained as was the bathtub, wallpaper is peeling along the seams and the toilet is not installed properly it’s at an angle. For what we paid the quality did not match the large fee. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and we won’t be back."
