Fantastic stay, just steps from Michigan Avenue! The location is perfect for exploring the city. The staff were all wonderful, a special shout-out to Jasmine at the front desk for being so helpful and welcoming. The rooftop bar with its impressive glass balcony is one of hotel's best features, it offers amazing views. The breakfast was efficient, but could be improved, as it felt a bit like an assembly line in both the variety and service. Overall, a great hotel.

Beautiful hotel in great walkable area. There were major renovations going on while we were there so our actual floor was a bit messy/busy, although the common areas remained lovely. Would stay again for the good location. All staff very nice.
