We very much enjoyed our stay at Coconut Coast. The villas are quite good sized, very close to the car ferry docks, and fairly easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. There was plenty of parking there, and generally we ended up parking there and walking to town, since parking in town was expensive and hard to find. The place has a well maintained pool, and free snorkel gear to borrow. We appreciated the fact that they allow us access to their laundry after 3:30pm too. That was really a great bonus. The place also has an honor-system snack and drink area, where you can pick up some beer, soda, chips, etc. Overall, the location was good, we really appreciated the full kitchen, the air conditioning, and the balcony overlooking the ocean was terrific. We would likely stay again if we ever come back.

Very friendly hosts, Angelica and Ben, and exactly as described online. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a self service laundry room and an honor bar if u need a water or a beer or sunscreen. Wi-Fi was great averaging about 60 mbps. The kitchenette worked great, even had an oven and microwave. There are free flippers and snorkeling gear and you can switch out your beach towels yourself. Walking to the market took about 20 minutes, and about 15 minutes to town the opposite direction. We would definitely stay here again.

The location of this condo to Cruz Bay is wonderful. The Condo was clean, air conditioning was nice and cold and check in was easy. They provide you with beach towels, chairs, coolers and floaties. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. I would highly recommend staying at Coconut Coast Villas.

Angelica and Ben, the owners, were easy yo communicate with. The room was clean. The kitchenette was stocked with enough supplies to cook dinners. A good supply of towels for the beach. The veranda was so pleasant to sit , have coffee, listen to the waves and think about the days activities. I would stay here again.

Delightful stay! Nice people. They provided snacks cheaper than the cost in an honor bar. Had chairs, cooler, noodles and snorkeling gear. Excellent place to stay!

Great location and everything we needed

Wonderful location, great communication, and comfortable clean rooms. The hosts were extremely responsive and had amenities such as beach chairs, towels, and a place where guests can leave things for other guests to use. We had a private patio that has a view of the ocean with crashing sounds of the waves. The villa was a convenient walk to the town and yet secluded. Wonderful stay!

Our family of 4 had a great time staying at Coconut Coast. We had 3 rooms and everyone slept well with the windows open, listening to the ocean. Staff was super knowledgeable and friendly. Shopping and restaurants are a short walk away. I'd love to be back right now, it's 7 degrees here today.

The staff was wonderful; the rooms were very clean and had a lovely view. Going to sleep to the sound of waves was amazing! We would definitely stay again. The only minor con was that the walls seemed kind of thin—could hear neighbors a lot.

Great place to stay

Our stay was wonderful. The room was basic but just as described, clean and comfortable. We were in a (2) queen room with balcony overlooking the water and pool. The hotel was within walking distance to downtown during daylight hours. I would not walk back from town after dark. I would definitely stay again!

Had an amazing time staying at coconut coast villas. You get an amazing view, kitchen with appliances if you guy groceries, stove, refrigerator, tv and WiFi. Staff is excellent on communication. You also get free access to laundry which is wonderful. The villas are about 12 minutes out from downtown St. John which makes it really walkable if you want to go out and explore or get groceries. There are some steep parts of the walk to and from the villas but if you walk the right way, it shouldn’t be bad. Overall great property to stay at for a great price.
