"The perfect hotel to stay in when in Bern. Great location walkable to everything and hotel was very modern and updated inside. Wonderful rain shower and very comfortable beds. Would definitely stay there again. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. "
"Had a bit of a hard time getting on the right road to access the hotel. Once there the room and staff were great. In fact in the morning there were 2 buses of people who overwhelmed the breakfast area, literally taking all the food as soon as it came out, leaving nothing for other guests who were not willing to be so pushy. The poor cook and staff were in tears but did an excellent job holding it together. They tried to accommodate those of us not with the foreign travelers on the busses. It was the craziest behavior of people at a breakfast buffet we have ever seen. The staff was excellent in such a weird frenzy. "
