"The drive up was an experience on its own, the location is indescribably beautiful with panoramic views of the mountains, green valleys and blue lakes below, spotted with little farms and villages. Staff was supremely helpful and kind, treated us like family, offering advice and perspective on surrounding areas and other destinations along our trip. The room was comfortable and beautiful as well. Food was delicious, the pool is a must do experience. They let us charge our EV for free in the garage. The hiking trails around the property were borderline unoccupied and yet very well maintained, with breathtaking views of the surrounding area. We were able to easily walk to the nearby Bürgenstock to get lunch and take the catamaran to Lucerne and back. My only regret is that I did not stay longer."

Mega, wunderschöner Aufenthalt

"Wir waren sehr sehr zufrieden, hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit Balkon und Seeblick 🔝 Das Frühstück gibt es von 7Uhr bis 10.30Uhr und ist sehr lecker. Verschiedenes frisches sehr gutes Brot, verschiedene Käse- und Wurstsorten und es gab sogar Lachs. Vielfältiges Müsliangebot, Rührei und warme hartgekochte Eier. Außerdem viel Obst usw usw. Und das beste im Restaurant/Wintergarten/Sonnenterrasse konnte man dies genießen Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und der Ausblick ein Traum Das Personal ist mega freundlich Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden das Hotel Seerausch sofort wieder buchen. Carpe Diem❣️"

"Friendly service at checkin. Very informative and helpful. Room attendants were happy and accommodating as well. The attached restaurant offered delicious italian cuisine. The hotel was in a great location; off the main road and close to old town and the train station. We will choose this location again on our next Lucerne trip. "

"The property is located about 15 minutes from the Lucerne train station. When we checked in, the registration was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They asked if we’re going to eat and when we said yes, they said they would have a table waiting for us in the attached restaurant. The room was large and very clean. Beautiful views overlooking lake Lucerne. We were able to have a set on the outside patio which was fantastic. The only issue was the a/c unit. It cooled very well but it was a portable type and the exhaust hose came loose from the vent to the outside during the night and we didn’t realize what had happened and woke up to a very warm room. This was a fantastic place to stay. Very friendly staff in the hotel and restaurant. The restaurant offered very good food offerings for dinner with great wine offerings. The breakfast buffet was excellent. "
