"The Room has no AC I asked then to turned on and they replied to open the window or they can provide me a fun and the room was super hot"

"Very noisy and wifi did no work. I paid almost double for the larger rooms which were for 4 people each even though we we were only 3 in each room. They told me the kids were not included and that I had to pay extra for them even though I had already paid extra for the larger rooms. I disagreed but they charged my card an extra $400 ($200 each room) anyways. I am going to report them to the better business bureau file a claim with visa."
