"Beautiful hotel - well designed, uniquely set and surrounded by a picturesque garden. Very relaxing ambiance. Gym facilities are nice. Good playground for kids. Breakfast has good choices and worth the price. Rooms are clean, have good space, and are contemporary. Staff are well trained and are accommodating.. it is conveniently located close to shops, restaurants and main sites. Parking is easy and reasonably priced. Cannot recommend enough. "

Washroom facilities were good.
Wife uses an electric chair for travelling. There was no ramp from entrance to street and the side walk. The side walk on our side of the street was always blocked by customers off the restaurant up the street. Need a ramp to side walk on both sides of street so yoi can cross road in front of hotel or work with neighbours to make sure sidewalk is left with enough room to get by with wheel chair. "
"The staff was wonderful (we spilled our water bottle in the lobby), the room was exactly what we needed (no more, no less) so the room and bathroom were easily navigated, the room was clean and simple, the buffet was fabulous, and the common room was spacious for all to eat (with big windows) and clean as well. "Loved staying at this very beautiful and elegant hotel. Only area of minor discontent was darkness of the room and being on the first floor proximity to outside (literally 1 foot away,) so had to keep curtains drawn for any semblance of privacy. "
