"Although the decor was a little dated and it didn’t have air-conditioning or USB ports, the hotel was exceptionally clean and breakfast was excellent."
"The rooms were spotless but dated and need upgrade. Very poor shower pressure. Shower in bath with no anti slip mat/features. Balcony and some areas need maintenance. Breakfast was average with very poor quality sliced bread again with the hit/miss self toaster. Lunch/evening meals were of a good quality and seem to popular with non residents too. Second visit to hotel and pool was very cold not heated. Some children struggling with temperature. The hotels main selling points are wonderful...
"We stayed 4 nights early August. The hotel is made up of 2 buildings but joined together. So you can go from one side to another without issue. Other than the stairs if you have a room in the older part of the building. We stayed on 3rd floor but after taking lift had to use stairs to get in to the old building. Breakfast was great with a decent variety.
We used the spa facilities and they were great only regret we...
"The staff are all very cheerful, the food was excellent and our room was sparkling clean. The location is good. We walked into town most days and used the local buses. There’s a stop right outside the hotel."
"Wonderful welcome , authentic hospitality, great location oversized studio with a well equipped kitchen & ample living space . Amanda made us feel extremely welcome and like we belonged in Jersey! Thank you"
"Clean rooms, comfortable beds and delicious breakfast. A 20 minute walk into St Helier and property is accessed via steps if on foot, so not suitable for everyone"
"Immaculate hotel and the staff were always courteous and helpful. Ideally situated for us in the heart of the St Helier, near the marina, bus station and ferry ports. The breakfast was extensive and the evening buffet excellent and good value for residents at £32 per head."
